Wake us up when September ends… because we’ve got another event to be at!

We just wrapped up a very successful visit to the ACPET conference in Adelaide, and we’re hoping to keep the momentum going in September with the National VET Conference hosted by VELG Training, Australia’s leading provider of vocational education and training professional development and consulting services.

Look for us in Melbourne on the 19th & 20th of this month at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Our sales team will once again be modeling our fashionable (and functional!) student and training management software at the conference’s expo. The big difference this time is… we’re a sponsor! We get to do all the cool stuff sponsors get to do, like ride in on elephants while a marching band plays and—okay, not really. But definitely drop by our booth anyway and have a chat with the guys, grab some souvenirs, and (if you haven’t already) find out why aXcelerate is the solution for your training business’s management needs.

Other Reasons Why You Should Go
VELG Training encourages all VET practitioners from RTOs to attend, including:

  • CEOs, TAFE Directors, Principals
  • RTO Owners
  • RTO/VET Training Managers
  • Policy Managers
  • Trainers/Teachers and Assessors
  • VET Consultants
  • Instructional Designers
  • Pre-service VET teachers

And of course, there will be some fantabulous speakers giving addresses on vital VET-sector topics, like:

  • Sharing the Audit Experience: A practical approach to compliance
    (Susan Hartigan & Francesca Saccaro)

  • Maintaining Quality Training Under ASQA
    (Deborah Haxton)

  • Staying Connected in VET
    (Kerri Buttery)

  • Digital Marketing: How to attract & engage students online
    (Alex Hughes)

  • The ‘Value’ of Continuous Improvement Methods Within Your RTO
    (John Price)

  • The Business of Running an RTO
    (Richard Finlayson)

  • Direction & Guidance on Understanding Assessment for an Audit
    (Tamara Simon)

Plus much, much more! For a full list of topics and speakers, check out the complete itinerary on the VELG Training website.

If you’ve ever attended a National VET Conference before, we’d love for you to share your experience with us! Or if you’re planning on attending this year’s event, let us know in the comments—we definitely hope to see you there!
