Keeping in touch with our partners

As part of our business focus of getting closer to our clients to better understand their business needs, the directors of aXcelerate, Reay Mackay and Jules Verner-Mackay have been facilitating a series of Client Forums down the east coast of Australia. Starting with clients from the Gold Coast, they have also visited with clients in Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Newcastle and Sydney. Currently in Canberra visiting ACT clients, they will spend the remainder of this week travelling to Albury/Wodonga and Bendigo before arriving in Melbourne.

Feedback during the sessions has been very positive and informative from both aXcelerate’s and client’s perspectives. Clients have enjoyed hearing about some of the exciting features that are currently being developed for release during the next six to 12 months. Some of these features include a new reporting framework, completely redesigned calendar, workflow automation, API extensions and development in the e-learning and mobile spaces.

Reay and Jules had an opportunity to hear back from clients regarding enhancements and extensions to existing functionality, some of which will definitely be added to aXcelerate’s development plan for the short and medium term. Reay shared with clients recent research on key disruptive technologies that will impact the global economy over the next 10-15 years in addition to key learning technologies that will specifically affect training organisations in the medium to longer term.

We would like to thank the following organisations for their generous hospitality in hosting the Client Forums: RTO Services Group, Coffs Coast Community College, SkillsLink Port Macquarie, JB Hunter, Think Real Estate, Parasol Training, Albury Wodonga Community College & Bendigo Access Employment.
