As many of our clients will tell you, maintaining a strong connection with our client base and ensuring we are meeting their compliance needs is of upmost importance to aXcelerate. We want to ensure that each and every one of our client’s is getting the most out of their student management system.
Because of this, aXcelerate have commenced a series of client forums which provides a chance for our managing and founding directors Reay and Julie (as well as key members of our staff) to touch base with our clients and demonstrate new system features and development projects for 2016. These forums will also provided aXcelerate with the opportunity to gain valuable feed back on our student management system and the particular feature developments that our clients feel will make the system even stronger.
Our first client forum kicked off in Sydney on the 17th of March and was followed with our Melbourne client forum held on the 28th of April in our brand new Melbourne office. We then held our Brisbane Client Forum last Friday at our head office. All forums have been highly successful so far; we’ve been able to inform clients on some exciting new areas of our reporting, eLearning and administration features we’re currently developing. Most importantly however, the forums have allowed us as a company to hear first hand from clients on what they value most in a student management system and how we can work together to ensure they receive it. It was also a great opportunity for us to catch up and reconnect with some of our older clients as well as introduce ourselves to newer clients and check in with how they’re travelling.
We would like to extend a big thank you to the clients that have attended our Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane client forums over the last few months. These forums are as successful as they are because of your contributions. The positive and constructive feedback we have received is greatly appreciated and we now have some exciting new ideas and processes to explore further, in our next internal development meeting.
For those that missed out on the opportunity to attend these client forums, never fear because our aXcelerate team plan to host many more before the year is out. We will be hosting a second client forum in Melbourne on the 18th of May, before heading west and hosting forums in both Adelaide and Perth in the second half of the year. We will be announcing the dates for these soon, so stay tuned to both our weekly blogs and the aXcelerate monthly client newsletter.
