aXcelerate are very excited to report that we are now the proud owners of a 2015 iAward for Queensland. In an announcement made last night at the Queensland State iAwards reception, aXcelerate were announced the state winners within the Education Industry for our use of innovation within our student management system.

For over 20 years the iAwards has been recognising and celebrating the achievements and innovation made in ICT across all areas of the economy and aim to provide a platform to discover, recognise and reward ICT innovations that have the potential to or already are significantly impacting the community.

The iAwards is also the only ICT awards platform that takes its successful nominees from state, to the national and then the international stage. This means that not only do we have the chance to go head to head with some very talented and inspiring professionals across Australia but also the Asia Pacific Region.

We are thrilled and very grateful to have received this award and take it as a confirmation to continue developing and building aXcelerate, in order to enhance system automation and performance. As we look towards the future, we will be focusing specifically on the latest learning and experience technologies enabling learners to develop skills in new and more flexible ways.

A big thank-you must go to the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA) for hosting such an enjoyable evening; it was exciting and motivating to see what innovative technologies companies and individuals have come up with across Queensland to help benefit a wide variety of industries.

We eagerly await the National iAwards Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony held in August, where aXcelerate will go up against fellow State winners for the best application, tools or platforms serving the Education Industry.
