On Thursday the second of February, aXcelerate kicked off the first of our Client Forums for 2017. Over the last few years, aXcelerate have made an increased effort to host regular client forums, so that we can maintain a strong connection with our client base, meet their compliance needs and ensure they are getting the most out of their aXcelerate system.
In the past, we have gained great benefit from these forums; we’ve been able to inform clients on some exciting new areas of our reporting tools, our eLearning tools and any administration features we’re currently developing. Most importantly, the forums have allowed us as a company to hear first-hand what clients value most in a student management system and how we can work together to ensure they receive it. It’s also a great opportunity for us to catch up and reconnect with some of our older clients as well as introduce ourselves to newer clients and check in with how they’re travelling.
The first Client Forum for 2017 was held in our Brisbane head office and we had a great group of Brisbane clients bring forth some constructive and exciting ideas that we’re looking forward to exploring further, in our next internal development meeting. This forum also gave our aXcelerate team the chance to go over new additions to the aXcelerate Dashboard, the Report Builder and the Calendar feature. We were also able to demonstrate an Enhanced Website Integration Enrolment Widget and preview an exciting addition to the aXcelerate help desk that offers ‘walk through’ support.
We’d like to thank all of our Brisbane clients who attended and helped to make the session as successful and enjoyable as it was. We look forward to many more successful forums as the year continues.
For those who missed out on this Brisbane forum, never fear. We will be hosting regular client forums throughout the year in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. We will also be hosting a Client Forum in both Adelaide and Perth during the second half of the year, to ensure we are making these forums as accessible to our clients as possible. We will be announcing upcoming dates for these forums in our weekly blogs and monthly newsletters, so stay tuned. In the meantime, if you’re interested in finding out dates for the next forum based in your city, don’t hesitate in contacting us.
