aXcelerate CRM

aXcelerate is a “contact driven” system. Thus one of the overarching reasons that RTOs use this Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system within aXcelerate, is it is key to using the complete capabilities of axcelerate. A contact is anyone a business/RTO may need to contact or has been in contact with. This could be a trainer, student, key client contact, accommodation etc. In essence aXcelerate can act as a “digital address book” for an RTO/business.
