With a new year, comes a new start; an opportunity to implement new processes, change some old ones and gain a new perspective.
Here at aXcelerate we are very excited for the year ahead and along with the new features and processes we have planned for 2016, we also have some new additions to our team.
Joining our support team is Ty, who you may have already spoken to when calling into aXcelerate. Ty’s background is in IT and he will be providing technical and account related support to clients calling in. |
Another new face to aXcelerate is Jenna who has joined our testing team. Jenna has experience working with multiple software systems and will be responsible for testing all the features we update and create, to ensure they work properly. She’s also responsible for detecting any bugs in the aXcelerate system.

Finally, we have an older yet familiar face rejoining the aXcelerate ranks…David who has worked previously in both support and the training side of aXcelerate for many years, will be coming back to help train clients and new aXcelerate users.
Recruiting new members, is all part of aXcelerate’s ongoing process to invest in human capital. It has long been identified through research, that the employees of an organisation greatly effect the overall productivity and the quality of the good or service being produced by that organisation. This is why aXcelerate have always focused on investing in thorough staff training and ensuring our team has adequate numbers to handle client requests.
We’re also hoping that with the addition of Ty, Jenna and David we can ensure our student management system is able to efficiently meet your needs, whether that be in regards to training, support or waiting for custom features to be approved.
